I’ve gained more.
I’m really far out of my comfort zone right now.
I’m now 41.6kg which is just like a weight that I never thought I would let myself get to.
I’m trying to just power through it but god it’s so difficult!
I feel so worthless and ugly :(

oh is that also how you explain how underweight you are? that kind of makes sense i guess...when you recover and gain weight that is a sign of health and a sign that your 'hearts better'. it could work haha

I’m a day patient so when people ask me why I spend so much time at the hospital I tell them I have a heart condition xD

You should be honest, when you feel it's safe to be. You don't have to openly tell him about your ED/recovery yet, but don't outright lie. I'm sure he'd want to know. Then he can help/support you x

He, like everyone else here, thinks I’ve got a heart condition.
